Infant Program - 6 Weeks to 12 Months
A Warm, Loving, and Secure Foundation for Your Baby
Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a major milestone. Our infant teachers are dedicated to creating a warm, loving, and secure environment where your baby feels safe to explore and grow at their own unique pace.
Safe, Intentional Care & Low Ratios
To ensure your baby receives attentive, individualized care, our infant program maintains a low 1:4 or 2:8 staff-to-child ratio.
- Designed for Safe Exploration: Our infant room is thoughtfully arranged and free of entrapments, giving babies the space and safety they need to master key physical milestones—from holding up their heads and rolling over to sitting up, pulling up, crawling, and taking those exciting first steps.
- Child-Led Growth: Our teachers interact with each infant in ways that encourage them to learn and thrive in their own individual way.
Play-Based Emergent Curriculum
Infants are natural learners from day one. We use a play-based Emergent Curriculum that adapts to your baby’s interests and developmental stage. Through warm, personal interactions with our caring staff, your baby is introduced to:
- Interactive stories and reading time
- Engaging songs and music
- Age-appropriate toys and sensory enrichment

Toddler Program - 1 Year to 2.5 Years Old
Instilling Confidence, Self-Esteem, and a Lifelong Love for Learning
Toddlers learn about the world at a rapid pace. Our Toddler program is designed to build your child's confidence, nurture their self-esteem, and spark a genuine love for learning during these foundational years.
Low Ratios & Specialized Classrooms
To support the huge developmental leaps that happen between ages 1 and 2.5, we maintain a low 1:7 or 2:14 staff-to-child ratio. We also feature two separate toddler classrooms so care is tailored precisely to your child's stage of growth:
- Toddler 1 Classroom (Up to ~20 Months): Designed for our younger toddlers to practice and build essential physical, emotional, communication, and thinking skills in a supportive setting.
- Toddler 2 Classroom (~18 Months – 2.5 Years): Tailored for older toddlers, this space deepens emotional, communication, and cognitive growth. Here, children engage in rich pretend play and frequent interactive conversations—where teachers name objects in use and around the room—while fostering natural peer relationships without forcing experiences.
Intentional Play & Emergent Curriculum
Toddlers explore and learn through thoughtfully designed, age-appropriate play areas that give them the time, space, and support they need to thrive.
- Child-Led Learning: By carefully observing how children play, our teachers build an Emergent Curriculum rooted directly in the kids' current interests.
- Individualized Support: Along with group themes based on their interests, teachers create individual lesson plans to support each child's unique developmental journey.
Preschool Program - 2.5 Years Old to 5 Years Old
A Loving, Safe Space to Build Confidence, Capabilities, and Self-Worth
At Wee Love Learning, we believe that a child’s preparation for life and school comes naturally through play. Above all else, our preschool program provides a loving, safe environment where children feel good about themselves and what they can achieve. When kids are allowed to play and grow at their own pace, they learn a lesson that stays with them forever: they are okay just the way they are.
Low Ratios & Specialized Classrooms
To support your child's growth and learning, our preschool program maintains a 1:10 or 2:20 staff-to-child ratio. Because so much developmental progress happens between ages 2.5 and 5, we offer three specialized preschool classrooms to meet the unique needs of every age and stage:
- Mini-Preschool Classroom (Ages 2.5 – 3 Years): This is one of the most important ages for emotional growth. As new thinking skills, simple sentences, pretend play, and independence emerge, young toddlers also experience big feelings and tantrums. Our teachers facilitate intentional free play that builds pathways for thinking, creativity, flexibility, empathy, and other lifelong skills.
- PreK-4 Classroom (Ages 3 – 4 Years): At this stage, children’s worlds are dominated by vivid imaginations, fantasy, and growing maturity in many areas. Through carefully planned routines paired with child-initiated learning, we encourage kids to problem-solve, cooperate with others, explore new activities, try new skills, and feel safe sharing their opinions.
- PreK-5 Classroom (Ages 4 – 5 Years): Our oldest preschoolers display greater independence, self-control, and creativity. They are content in their play and eager to try new things. In this room, play is used to build essential readiness skills, including:
- Pre-reading and early literacy
- Math and science concepts
- Self-expression and social skills
- Small and large motor skill development
- Strong feelings of self-worth and self-esteem
School-Age Program - 5 to 11 Years Old
Reliable Before & After Care, School Break Camps, and Enriching Daily Activities
Juggling elementary school schedules with full-time work can be a daily puzzle. Our School-Age program gives your child a safe, fun, and supportive space to start and end their school day—while giving working parents complete peace of mind.
Flexible Schedules & Low Ratios
To keep children engaged and well-supervised, our School-Age program maintains a 1:15 or 2:30 staff-to-child ratio. We offer convenient options to fit your family's exact routine:
- Care Options: Choose between full Before & After care or single-session Before OR After care (Monday–Friday).
- Daily Hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 2:45 PM – 5:30 PM.
- Full-Day Non-School Day Coverage: On scheduled school closures, we provide full-day care for up to 10 hours (as reflected on our center calendar). This includes:
- Winter, Mid-Winter, and Spring Break Camps
- One-day district Professional Day programs
- Summer Day Camps
(Please note: We do not provide care during regular school hours for children who are suspended or too sick to attend school.)
Local Elementary School Transportation
We provide transportation to and from select local elementary schools for up to 20 children.
Note: If your child becomes ill at school or if a school emergency arises during regular school hours, families are required to make those individual transportation arrangements.
Interest-Driven Learning & Community Connection
We offer a high-quality, interest-driven program where kids of all ages can connect, learn, and grow together. Our daily activities include:
- Academic & Creative Support: Dedicated homework and literacy time, arts and crafts, and hands-on science projects.
- Active & Life Skills Exploration: Indoor and outdoor active games, environmental education, cooking and nutrition, and personal health and safety talks.
Through these hands-on experiences, we promote positive social interactions and problem-solving skills—helping children build meaningful friendships, develop age-appropriate social confidence, and deepen the connection between school, family, and the community.
The mission of the Wee Love Learning Early Learning Center is to connect with parents to provide for the holistic development of children in a loving and compassionate home away from home. In addition, Wee Love Learning wants to provide resources to parents that will assist them in their parenting.
